Where is my order?

Please allow 7-14 business days after your order has been processed, for USPS standard/Airmail delivery of all orders placed on our site. If more than 14 business days have passed and you have yet to receive your order, it is possible your order was either lost or failed to arrive, due to an insufficient address, or your order was refunded.
In the case where your order was processed and not received, you may request a re-print by clicking here, and providing us with your order number or last name and a verification of address. If you provide an invalid address, and your order was never returned and was lost via the ship method selected, you may contact us to request a reprint and correct your address. As a courtesy, your order can be reprinted and shipped via the original ship method you selected. If your item has been returned to us by the US Postal Service, your order will be forwarded. Otherwise, your order will be re-submitted to print.
In the case where your order has been refunded, due to our inability to retrieve the hi-resolution image from the location to process a high quality print/gift item, your order was never processed and a refund was conducted. Please review your statement for proof of credit. We do apologize for the inconvenience and hope to due business with you at a later date.
If you mailed a check/money order and your order was not filled because of our inability to retrieve the hi-resolution file, a refund check has been submitted to process and should arrive within 14 business days. If you would like to inquiry about your refund check you may click here, and provide us with your order number or last name. We will do our best to assist you with your inquiry.
